Hotel Can Carol is in an old house from the 14th century, completely and authentically restored, and strategically located near the paleolithic caves of Abric Romani, in the historic area of La Font de la Reina - the ancient road from Barcelona to Madrid. From Barcelona take the A2 freeway towards Tarragona exit at the sign for Martorell-Lleida (AP2 highway). After 25min get off from AP2 at the Igualada Est gate. At the first traffic light continue in the direction of Capellades and drive along this road until La Pobla de Claramunt gate. At the first traffic light you will see a Can Carol road sign which indicate a left hand turn. Follow the road for a few meters and you will see another Can Carol road sign on your left. This will lead you down a dirt road. Drive along it and you will find the hotel.
